These sleek Infrared Trash Cans are easy to clean and a perfect addition to any kitchen or home décor.  The lids are made of ABS plastic that will not crack, warp or change color, and they shut securely, trapping pesky odors.  Nine Stars patented infrared sensor detects movement within 10 inches, triggering the lid to open so you no longer have to touch the dirty trash cans, while reducing the risk of cross contamination.

Nine Stars Stainless Steel Collection provides a sleek, clean and streamlined look for any home or office.  They range in size from 1.3 to 13.2 gallons for residential and from 17 to 21 gallons for commercial cans.  

“We’ve taken away the pedals and the pushing and lifting of the lid to help consumers completely avoid germs,” explains Nine Stars U.S.A. president and CEO Shi-Ping Wang. “They are durable trashcans that are great for any spot in a home, office or business.”

All Nine Stars Infrared Trash Cans are battery-operated, more energy efficient, and will run for more than 10,000 opening and closing cycles (approximately a year before batteries need to be replaced).  The larger models also offer A/C adaptors, which ensure that the lids will open and close efficiently.  Individuals can also add a set of wheels to the bottom of the container for easy movement around the home.

Nine Stars U.S.A. also features a collection of Plastic Cans and Color Cans.  The Plastic Cans are made of durable, heavy-duty plastic, and some are available with a removable bucket for easy cleaning. Other models provide a liner ring that holds the trash bag in place.  Perfect for bedrooms, offices and living rooms, the Color Cans collection is also available in a compact size.
